Find My Rates Savings Alerts is a recurring, automated text message program that sends auto insurance rate-comparison tips, policy renewal reminders, coverage checklists, and updates about your Find My Rates comparison guide. Messages are educational and informational in nature and may include links to content on findmyrates.co. Find My Rates is not an insurance company, agency, or broker, and messages are not offers of insurance.
2. How to opt in
You can opt in by entering your mobile phone number on the form at findmyrates.co/get-started and checking the unchecked-by-default box that reads:
“Yes, I would like to receive recurring automated text messages from Find My Rates about auto insurance rate-comparison tips, policy renewal reminders, coverage checklists, and updates about my comparison guide. I understand I will receive up to 6 messages per month. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 6 messages per month. Standard Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan. Help & Stop: Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Consent: By providing your phone number and checking the box above, you agree to receive text messages from Find My Rates. Consent is not required to make a purchase. See our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and SMS Terms.”
After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message: “Find My Rates: Thanks for subscribing to Savings Alerts! Msg frequency varies (up to 6/mo). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may use our website and receive our comparison checklist by email without opting in to text messages.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies (up to 6 messages per month). The number of messages you receive depends on factors such as your policy renewal timing and the content you have requested.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Find My Rates does not charge for this program, but your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your text messaging plan.
5. How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number that sent you messages. You may also reply with CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, or OPT OUT. After you send the opt-out message, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed:
“Find My Rates: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.”
After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, reply START or sign up again on our website. You may also request to opt out by emailing support@findmyrates.co; we will process email requests promptly and within the timeframe required by law.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at support@findmyrates.co. You will receive:

8. Wireless carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and network availability. The program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. You agree to notify us promptly if you change or deactivate your number. The program is available only to U.S. mobile numbers.
10. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 11. Changes to these terms
